Payroll & HR Admin Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Admin Senior Consultant to manage end‑to‑end payroll and HR administration for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role ensures accurate monthly payroll processing, compliance with Romanian labor legislation, high‑quality client support, and coordination of junior team members.


What You’ll Do:

  • Validate monthly HR inputs (new hires, terminations, suspensions, leave, changes in role/schedule).
  • Process full payroll: timesheets, bonuses, benefits, deductions, garnishments, medical leave, and other payroll elements.
  • Prepare payroll packages and statutory reports; review and submit D112, D224, D100, D700.
  • Communicate with clients and authorities (ITM, CAS, AJOFM) and support payment execution.
  • Prepare and review HR documents (employment contracts, addendums, certificates, termination documents).
  • Coordinate Revisal updates and ensure timely submissions.
  • Support new client onboarding, audits, and process improvements.
  • Provide HR advisory support by assisting clients throughout collective bargaining and collective labour agreement drafting processes, ensuring timely review and updating of Internal Regulations and related HR procedures, and demonstrating strong knowledge and correct application of disciplinary investigation procedures and related sanctions.
  • Guide and review the work of junior consultants; provide feedback and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with Romanian labor and tax legislation.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR Admin and Payroll.
  • University Degree.
  • Experience in outsourced services is also required;
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor and tax laws.
  • Experience with payroll systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and client‑facing abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
