As we are constantly growing, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Admin Consultant to join our Outsourcing - HR & Payroll team, to manage for our clients HR operations, payroll, employee benefits and compliance with regulatory standards.

What will you do:


  • Updating information about employees in the payroll software;
  • Preparation and review of the payroll reports;
  • Preparation and review of the employee files, as follows: employee certificates, employment contracts, decisions, addenda, etc;
  • Updating the HR files;
  • Centralizing the annual leave and sick leave and preparing related documentation for submitting towards the Health Insurance State Authority;
  • Handling the signatory process with future and current employees;
  • Scanning, saving and organizing the documents in electronic and physical form;
  • Performing registrations into the Electronic Register of the Employees;
  • Preparing HR related documents such us, without being limited as: Employment agreements, addenda, decisions, certificates, etc.;
  • Labor law consultancy skills.


Candidate profile:


  • With 2+ years experience in payroll & personnel administration;
  • University degree;
  • Experience in outsourced services is a plus;
  • Payroll, Labor legislation and human resources administration knowledge;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to manage uncertainty;
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);
  • Business oriented thinking and approach;
  • Work independently and take initiative;
  • Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable;
  • Candidates should be able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment and capable to handle confidential information;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
  • Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.
