What will you do:

The Signals Project Leader is responsible for driving the successful delivery of the Signals program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, security standards, and organizational priorities. This role oversees delivery platforms, team management, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and financial governance including investment modeling, budgeting, and recharge mechanisms.

  • Lead the Signals program to achieve strategic objectives and deliver business value.
  • Manage delivery platforms and ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Oversee team management, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and promote security awareness across the team.
  • Drive stakeholder management and effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Lead change management and adoption initiatives to maximize program impact.
  • Manage financial planning and control for the Signals program, ensuring alignment with organizational budgets.
  • Develop and maintain investment models to support decision-making for platform enhancements and new initiatives.
  • Oversee budget allocation, tracking, and reporting to ensure cost efficiency and transparency.
  • Implement recharge mechanisms for internal cost distribution across business units.
